We are saddened to share with you that CLP board member, Barbara Dyson, passed away March 11th. Barbara was a loyal supporter of CLP and a member of the Executive Advisory Board since 2007.

Barbara was a founder and principal of Dyson, Dyson & Dunn, Inc., a private holding company founded in 1981, focused on middle market industrial manufacturing, distribution and service companies.  She was also chairman of the board of directors of Ohmx Corporation, a bioelectronics detection company, founded by CLP faculty member Tom Meade.  Barbara earned her MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and her BS in economics from Rollins College.

Our thoughts are with her four children; Karen, Lisa, Brian, and John.  Sadly, her husband, Peter, preceded her in death in December 2016.

Our CLP family will continue to draw inspiration from the memory of her warmth, intelligence and courage.

As per her obituary, the family has requested that donations be sent to NorthShore Brain Tumor FundBrainUp, or your favorite charity. Gifts made in her memory to CLP can be accessed here.
