July 22, 2008. A team of scientists, led by Tom O'Halloran and Teresa Woodruff, was featured in CenterPiece for their successful application to the W.M. Keck Foundation for their project, "The Inorganic Signature of Life: Signaling Pathways in the
Mammalian Oocyte". This three-year, $1.6M grant will include the purchase of a state-of-the-art Hitachi 2300 Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope to be housed in Silverman Hall. Full story in CenterPiece
