As a postdoc at Eindhoven University of Technology in The Netherlands, I work on chemical stabilizers for 14-3-3 protein protein interactions. Shortly I will be joining a new startup founded by my PIs and Michelle Arkin (UCSF) to advance 14-3-3 stabilizers to the clinic. https://www.tue.nl/en/

Under Drs. Richard Silverman and Neil Kelleher – Designed and implemented photoaffinity probe target ID in a murine melanoma model. Mass spec–based discovery and total synthesis of novel natural products for evaluation of bioactivity and target elucidation. Mentored a masters student in medicinal chemistry and biological characterization.
